Your Right to Deletion
Apps that access user data must provide a way for users to request that their data be deleted. You can use the form below to submit a data deletion request. Cloudzies Technologies LLP will process your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, in accordance with our Data Policy and Privacy Policy.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and contact information
- Message history and conversation data
- Uploaded media and files
- Integration configurations and API keys
- Analytics data linked to your account
Note: Anonymised analytics, billing records required by law, and data necessary for legal compliance may be retained as described in our Data Policy.
Submit Your Request
Please provide at least one of the following: the email address or mobile number associated with your Superwaba account.
Alternative Methods
You can also request data deletion by emailing us directly at support@superwaba.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and your account details (email or mobile number).
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement— within 2 business days of receiving your request.
- Verification— we may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.
- Deletion— personal data is deleted within 30 days of verification.
- Confirmation— you will receive an email confirming deletion is complete.
