• Send unsolicited messages (spam) via WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Violate Meta's Business Messaging policies.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

5. Subscription and Billing

Superwaba offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payment is processed via our third-party payment processor. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing cycle.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Superwaba are the property of Cloudzies Technologies LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Policy. By usingSuperwaba, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in those policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudzies Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
