Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Superwaba, operated by Cloudzies Technologies LLP (GST: 24AAQFC4456N1ZX).

2. Free Trial

Superwaba offers a free trial period. No charge is applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not exceeded reasonable usage limits, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
• Annual plan cancelled within the 14-day window described above.

Refunds are not available for:

• Partial months on monthly plans.
• Account suspension due to policy violations.
• Dissatisfaction after the 14-day window on annual plans.
• Add-on purchases or one-time charges unless defective.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@superwaba.com with your account email and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Indian bank accounts, the timeline may vary depending on your bank.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
