Cloudzies Technologies LLP (GST: 24AAQFC4456N1ZX) is the data controller for all personal data processed through the Superwaba platform.

2. Categories of Data Processed

• Customer data— contact information, company details, and billing records of Superwaba account holders.
• End-user data— phone numbers, names, and message content of people who interact with your business via WhatsApp or Instagram through Superwaba.
• Technical data— IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, and access logs.
• Analytics data— aggregated and anonymised usage statistics.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance— to deliver the Service you subscribed to.
• Legitimate interest— fraud prevention, security, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation— tax records, law enforcement requests.
• Consent— marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).

4. Data Storage and Location

Data is stored on servers in India and may be replicated to other regions for redundancy. We use industry-standard cloud providers (AWS / GCP) with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

5. Data Retention

• Active accounts— data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Deleted accounts— personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymised analytics and billing records required by law are retained.
• Message data— retained for 90 days after delivery unless you configure a custom retention period.

6. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We use trusted third-party services to operate Superwaba. These include cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and email delivery services. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

7. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data and receive a copy in a portable format.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
