How it works
List messages display a menu button that, when tapped, expands into a scrollable list of up to 10 rows organized in up to 10 sections. Each row has a title (required), optional description, and an ID that your system receives when the user selects it. List messages are perfect for scenarios like selecting a product category, choosing a support topic, picking a delivery time slot, or navigating a FAQ menu. They provide a cleaner experience than numbered text menus and reduce input errors since users tap rather than type. List messages can only be sent within the 24-hour session window or as part of an interactive template.
